Paying through Doxo is like handing your payment to a middleman. You might pay more, and the money might not reach us when you expect.

• You’re told the site can “pay any biller,” even if it’s not the biller’s site.
• You reached the page by clicking an ad rather than our website or statement link.
• The site says it will “send payment on your behalf” instead of processing it directly.

If you already paid through Doxo

• Save your receipt and note the date/time you authorized payment.
• Contact our billing team with your details so we can look for the payment and advise on next steps.
• If a late penalty occurs due to third-party delay, we’ll review your account with you.

If you receive a call, text, or email claiming to be from Midwest Radiology and something feels off, trust your instincts. Hang up or refrain from clicking links, and contact us directly using the number on your bill or our website to confirm.
